Lower jaw was long with upturned shovel-shaped tip. NO true teeth mbut there were 2 toothlike prongs projected at middle of palate. It had long curved 2 claws with one straight. It impaled small animals  under rocks with these.

Geolological Strata: Hell Creek  Foramtion

Gelological Timeframe: 70-65.5 MYA

Geological Era: Late Cretaceous

Item location: Powder River County  Powder River  SE Montana Ranch

Item description and rating:  12++++  This is an unbelievable find---A MONSTER 4.5" HAND CLAW of a CHIROSTENOTES OVIRAPTOR. These raptor-like dinosaurs were tall at 8 ft and long and they used these claws to obtain meat. In my opinion these are the most exquisite claws anywhere and they have distinctive features no other claws have. THis was an underground find by a rancher who hunts also to increase their income and I purchased from them on their own private land. Thuis is the second largest one I ever saw and color of dark brown, perfect features with detail, no breaks in 65 million years and also perfect shape and huge  length  really  make this a one-of-a-kind piece. I have seen 3 inch claw of this species go for $3,700 before on ebay so this is a real deal. If not purchased it's mine forever as I will not lower price on this one. This is for a discerning collector who wants big and extra nice. Not one thing is not very good with this claw but I won't call it perfect but close. You never find these whole like this but even the tip was found on this claw. It is measured around the curve, and what a curve it is. What a find!!! These go more than a TREX as they are rarer to find the large ones than REX.

Period: Late Cretaceous Period 70-66.5MYA

Geologic location: Harding County North of Buffalo S Dakota

Description: Many BONE CHUNKS of  a REX Yet to be Named  It has metacarpal end and other ends unidentifiable ll and unknown bone all scattered in this one area of a ranch in SDakota.  All pieces are  unprepped. This rex  was close to others . I can’t be sure but it has all the signs of Rex but only one end showed hollow on one side due to just fragments found .This could be some other dinos  but all signs are its Rex . It has much wear on the bones and most broke due to exposure. This way you get many types of pieces at great economical cost . Most of these are leg bones or arm bones  . Pot luck –look at large openings in bone marrow -no other dinosaur had this in Hell Creek.
